Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Xpert Technician, we primarily sell digital products such as ebooks, software files, firmware, repair guides, online courses, and downloadable technical resources.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final.
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment successful but product not delivered
• Corrupted or inaccessible file that cannot be replaced
• Wrong product delivered due to our error
Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
• Compatibility issues clearly mentioned before purchase
• Failure to read the product description
• Downloaded digital products already accessed by the customer
Customers experiencing technical issues should contact our support team before requesting a refund.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in the original payment method.
Xpert Technician reserves the right to review each refund request individually.
